Rhys is the Managing Director of Doyen Town Planning Consultants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and brings more than a decade of experience across the public and private sectors, having worked on residential, subdivision, commercial and industrial projects.

His particular expertise includes subdivision development management, with involvement extending from initial feasibility and planning approvals through delivery coordination, plan sealing and coordination of titling. This work brings together planning advice, consultant coordination and the post-approval requirements involved in progressing a subdivision through to new titles.

Doyen’s planning expertise extends across residential, subdivision, commercial and industrial development throughout South East Queensland. The practice assists with projects ranging from new homes and extensions to units, townhouses, business premises and industrial facilities, providing planning advice, development application services and post-approval support.
