Nestled in the quiet confines of a fan-shaped cul de sac in Cleveland, the Bonaventure home is a reflection of thoughtful design, carefully attuned to embrace the sweeping views across the canal and beyond Moreton Bay.

Our journey in giving life to the Bonaventure home was marked by a thorough understanding of the Redland City Plan. Our objective was clear: to secure favourable outcomes for our client, ensuring the house was positioned as close to the water as possible to harmoniously merge indoor, alfresco, and waterfront living.

A Grand Entrance

Right from the moment you approach, the Bonaventure home leaves a lasting impression. Its spacious triple garage, with seamless-closing doors, adds a distinctive touch to the streetscape, capturing attention amidst neighbouring high-end homes. Materials like the sandstone entry and Decowood shutters were chosen meticulously, and even the minute details, like the hidden rivets that attach the facia and guttering, were considered thoughtfully.

The Perfect Culinary Space

The heart of the home, the kitchen, is designed for both function and beauty. It features a practical scullery with easy access to a walk-in pantry, ensuring an organised and clutter-free culinary haven. Outfitted with premium Gaggenau appliances, including ovens, coffee machines, microwaves, cooktops, rangehoods, and dishwashers, and complemented by a massive Liebherr fridge and a stunning 70mm granite waterfall edge benchtop.

Entertainment at Its Best

Movie nights are elevated in the home cinema, thanks to acoustic insulation and high-end audio-visual systems. It’s a space where you can immerse yourself in the cinematic experience amongst some of the highest quality audio visual equipment on the market.

Ground Floor Gems

The ground floor reveals a range of features, including a large guest room with an ensuite for visitors, a versatile office space with a built-in desk, and a meticulously designed wine cellar with temperature control and sandstone walling – a haven for wine enthusiasts.

Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living

The transition from indoor to outdoor living is a key feature on the ground floor, leading to an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. Here, a sleek pool with a glass edge and built-in sun lounges offers a serene space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

Elegant Staircase and Master Suite

The elegant open-tread black-butt staircase leads to the first floor, which houses generously sized rooms, each with an ensuite and walk-in robe. The master suite is the pinnacle of luxury and comfort, featuring a spacious dressing room and a private balcony with breathtaking water views.

Eco-Friendly and Stylish

The Bonaventure home seamlessly combines eco-friendliness and style. External timber elements are crafted with Decowood, an eco-chic material. Internal timber cabinetry, in a rich natural oak shade, adds a touch of warmth and charm to the living spaces.
